Adopt a Poodle (Miniature) (long coat)

Ladybird is a 2 year old poodle who came to us with a small group of dogs when her previous family could no longer care for her. Ladybird is very shy around people and we don’t feel we have gotten to see her full personality just yet. Ladybird is a gentle soul who is scared and needs a lot of love and patience. Ladybird is shy at first, but gentle. We feel that in a quiet home with lots of love, she will learn to fully trust and her sweet personality will continue to blossom. Ladybird has lived with other dogs, but gets overwhelmed easily, so she will need another gentle companion. Ladybird is very accepting of affection, and will make a very loyal friend to the one who will gain her trust. Ladybird may need house training in her forever home. Ladybird will need regular professional grooming in her forever home. Ladybird weighs in full grown at 11 pounds. Her adoption fee is $350. Her adoption includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet her, come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. Please call for location on the weekends as there are off site adoption locations some dogs attend.
